The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform construction administration services during renovation of KCATA’s Administrative Offices (Building One) located in Kansas City, Missouri.  Construction is expected to be completed by late 2nd Quarter 2025. This project is funded in part with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants.  There is a ­­­­25.5% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal established for this project.  DBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals as prime contractors, joint ventures, or subcontractors.

KCATA’s Training Center Conference Room (Bldg 2), 1350 East 17th Street, KCMO, 64108. This includes a site tour of construction area.  Entrance to KCATA’s complex is through Security located on the NE corner of 17th & Forest.  Overflow parking is available in KCATA’s lot on the SW corner of 17th & Troost.  Please allow time to navigate through security and parking.
